Common Questions About the Menu
Not the way we serve it. Pulled pork, brisket, and chopped chicken are all fork-and-knife meats. We default to clean, plated service for formal events. Ribs and Walking Tacos are saved for casual events where getting your hands in is part of the fun.
A bag of chips (Doritos, Fritos, or your choice) loaded with your pick of meat, toppings, and sauce. You eat it straight out of the bag. It's a crowd favorite at graduation parties, birthday celebrations, and any event where fun beats formal.
Yes. Tofu is available as a protein option upon request. Many of our sides are naturally vegetarian. If you have specific dietary needs for your event, let us know when you reach out and Ryan will walk through the options with you.
Always. We calculate portions based on your guest count, the event type, and whether there are other food sources (appetizers, dessert, etc.). Running out of food is the one thing we will not let happen at your event. Ryan sizes every order with a built-in buffer.
